Close your eyes and picture a time that you overcame a challenge while at camp, the Silver Peak hike, a 2590m portage, the rock wall, or just simply getting on the bus. Those all included times of uncertainty and trials, but what made those times more bearable? It was the counsellor saying “you got this”, or it was your cabin mates singing along the trail – it was positive thinking!
